Earlier this year I was challenged with moving my mother from Lakewood to be closer to us. At the age of 70 it was only going to be more dificult as time went on. 

A close high school friend who I've been close to ever since recommended Russell Johnson. I was my lucky day. My family is overwhelmed with good feelings and emotions as the house is closing escrow today. 

When I met with Russell at my moms house I could tell from his demeanor and conversation about the neighborhood that he knew his business and the area. We quickly established a target range for the house to sell quickly. My mom was very nervous and terrified by the "what if's" but Russell treated her with kindness and compassion. He was aware that moving a 70 year old widow from her home of 40 years was not easy. 

Since I was not living close to the area any more it was important that I find raltior that I could trust. I trust Russell. I feel fortuinate to have met him as does my mother and family. As issues popped up Russell would inform me, and literally take care of them. Plumbers, termites, broken windows, smoke detectors, ect...if it was big enough it would get added to the escrow, if it were small he would take care of it out of his pocket. My mom was safe from people trying to shake her down during this fragile time. 

As we were heading up north today to have my mom enjoy her golden years, we want to give thanks to the guy and team that made this a reality.

I have used Russell now for both of my purchases. The first time was in the purchase process of my first home. This is normally a very nerve racking event that can have the tendency to drive a perfectly sane person crazy. Before putting my home on the market I interviewed 3 local agents. I had been advised to do that prior to signing a listing agreement. One of the agents told me that I could expect more money than the other two. Also, he told me I would get front page advertising in the local paper.
